Take clear photos of the full rod and the damaged area.
We may request additional photos to verify the issue.

Fee Summary:
Within 1 year (verified defect): customer ships rod to INFAMOUS; approved replacements are subject to a $35 shipping & handling charge.
After 1 year or non-defect claims: $75 replacement fee plus shipping & handling charged at cost.
